I liked the NRS Storm Hood as it is comfortable to wear and holds my glasses in place whenever I decide to roll.
I will note however, that you don't need a storm hood, unless the weather is really really cold, and your ears need protection from getting a cold burn or frost bitten. You don't need to be using the hood if the air temperature is pleasant. The hood will just make you sweat like crazy, and your glasses if you need to weather them. Also, the hood makes your face look puffy. I am not that fat.
