FAQ Return Multiple Items in a single box

At AMK, we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund - with a few exceptions - within 90 days of the purchase date if you are a site member, and within 60 days if you are not a site member. 

Return by Mail

If you wish to return an item you have purchased, please contact and provide the following items:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Copy of Receipt with Receipt Number

We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the purchased item. US Purchases can be dropped off at your nearest USPS Facility. For international purchases, please see the section in the FAQ below.


Please note: $5.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping for standard size/weight packages when your return is mailed using the prepaid shipping label provided. Returns for Damaged Items or Wrong Item.


We are sorry if you you have purchased an item that was damaged during shipping. To help us resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible please email us at within 60 days of your purchase date with the following items:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Copy of Receipt with the Receipt Number

  • Photographs of the damaged item.

  • Any other details you may have about your order

We will mail you new items as soon as possible, and notify you when it ships free of charge.

Return Policy Exceptions

Damaged Gear - AMK's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Unwashed or Excessively Dirty Gear - Items that have been used since purchase must be cleaned prior to returning. Merchandize that is not cleaned or laundered may be declined and sent back.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I return an oversized item?​ - Oversize items can be returned via our online return process for an oversize shipping fee of $21.95. In addition, any return package weighing over 32 lbs is subject to shipping charges based on weight, which will be deducted from your refund in addition to any standard or oversize return shipping costs.

How can I mail back items from multiple orders in a single box?​ - To return items from more than one order within the same box, follow these steps (in addition to our general instructions for returning items by mail as noted above):

  • Notify us of which products you wish to return, and we will create and email you a shipping label for each item. 

  • Affix ONE of the shipping labels to the outside of your box. Place the rest of the shipping labels and packing slips inside your box, along with the items you're returning. Including these documents allows our staff to efficiently and accurately process your return. We will only deduct the $5.99 return fee for one label.

  • Make sure that your package weighs under 32lbs. If the package is more than 32 lbs, then a $21.95 oversize shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, instead of the standard $5.99.

How do I know if my return items contain hazardous materials? - The following are considered Hazardous Materials for shipping purposes and cannot be returned via our return process:

1. Flammable liquids

2. Used liquid fuel stoves

3. Loose or uninstalled batteries (even if still in packaging)

4. Adhesives

5. Solid fuels

6. Used CO2 cartridges

7. Aerosols

8. Bug Repellent

9. Matches

For these items you do not have to return them. We will simply issue you a refund. However, depending on the circumstances, you ability to repurchase these items from us in the future may be limited. If your item was damaged during shipping we will send you a new item free of charge.


How can I work directly with a carrier to ship a return? - If you chose to use your own carrier, then you will be fully responsible for the shipping costs. Please follow the following steps:

  • Pack the item securely and include the original packaging and tags if available. 

  • Include proof of purchase (e.g. invoice, or receipt number) PLUS your name, email, address, and phone number.

  • Attach a return shipping address to your package. Address your package to:

  • Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. AMK is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

How do I complete an international return? - If you need to make a return from an international order via mail, please work directly with a carrier to ship a return. Follow the instructions above for how to work directly with a carrier. Please Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Can I exchange an Item? - Unfortunately AMK cannot offer exchanges, unless the item has a factory defect or has been damaged during shipping in which case we will replace the item and ship it to you at no cost.

Can I return a gift? - Unfortunately AMK cannot offer returns on gifts or gift cards. This also include gifts from promotional offers or gifts for User content uploaded by you to the AMK's website. 

When do I receive my Refund? - Refunds vary depending on the method of payment and place of purchase. Please note that it can take up to 5 additional days for your bank or payment company to process the refund back to your card or account.

  • Online Orders - All online orders will be refunded to the original payment type—with the exception of AMK Rewards. Rewards will be credited back to your account with AMK.

  • Paypal - All online orders using PayPal will be refunded to the original PayPal account.

  • Apple Pay - All online orders using Apple Pay will be refunded to the credit card associated with the Apple Pay Account

What Proof of Purchase do I need to return an item? - Online purchases require an order number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email, on your packing slip, or listed in the Purchase History section of your account.
