When you are kayaking with a dry suit, you should avoid using cotton clothes for Base Layers as they then to absorb sweat which will leave you soaked when you are paddling then then cold and wet when you take a rest. light weight fleece and synthetic fibers are your best option. these underlayers are think and ideal for paddling with a dry suit if the weather is not very cold, and you just need something between you and the dry suit.


My suggestion, is that you should have at least 5 changes of clothes for every 10 days between laundry breaks. That way you at least feel decently clean. Few things are worse than putting on something that has been sweated on four times already...
