I have been fortunate never to have had to use the Gear AID Aquaseal to fix the seals on my dry suit in the field, but I still carry these with me non the less.
it seems to me that micro punctures will be difficult to do in the field, so this is mostly for larger tears.
The full curing accelerator seems to get things done in about 4 hours.
